Join us for an open records and meetings workshop on May 8!

The Atlanta Press Club and the Georgia First Amendment Foundation invite you to a session on how to use Georgia’s open meetings and open records laws to dig into what’s happening inside state and local government.

Ken Foskett of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution investigations team, Jim Zachary, CNHI deputy national editor, and First Amendment attorney Tom Clyde, partner at Kilpatrick Townsend, will explain how to:

- Use public records to find out about government operations at all levels
- Know which public meetings are open under Georgia law
- Challenge agencies and officials who don’t comply with open government laws
