Atlanta United President Darren Eales to Speak at the Atlanta Press Club

Darren Eales, president of Atlanta United, will speak to the Atlanta Press Club at a Newsmaker Luncheon on Friday, June 14. 

Eales, former executive director of the world-renowned Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, has twice been named the Doug Hamilton MLS Executive of the Year. Under Eales’ leadership, Atlanta United has broken multiple attendance records and won the 2018 MLS Cup in December.

Rickey Bevington, Georgia Public Broadcasting senior anchor, will lead Eales in a conversation.

Dress at the Commerce Club is business attire.

The ticket price does not include parking. Parking is available in the 191 Building parking deck with entrances on Ellis Street and Peachtree Center Avenue. Discounted parking vouchers for this deck will be available for $10 at the event. Guests must bring the ticket they receive upon entering the deck to receive the discount. The Peachtree Center MARTA station is also conveniently located nearby.
